Camping in the Hoodoo Mountains

Wes had a great idea this year to go camping and riding down at the site of Arctic Man the weekend AFTER the race.  We had never taken the boys riding in the mountains and this was the perfect opportunity.  Plowed parking places, a groomed ski race route and a snowmachine cattle trail to the top of the mountain.  What more could you ask for?

So we loaded up the RV, the snowmachine trailer, 4 sleds, 3 kids and a dog and headed out for a weekend of fun.  The weather was absolutely amazing and everyone played hard.  Here's the weekend wrap up in pictures.

Horrible parental failure.  No sunscreen on day one = swollen and miserable Bo at home.  We even kept him home from school today because his eyes are so swollen.  I feel awful.  So so sorry Bo.

Bo-ism

Bo:  Do you think when Max is 5 or 4 we can maybe get another baby?
Me:  No, I don't think so.  I don't think we are going to have any more babies.  Sorry.
Bo:  You're right.  It could be a girl and that's too risky.

Buwahahahahahahah!!
