Allergy Testing Max

We did some more allergy testing on Max to hopefully determine what makes the eczema on his feet and legs so bad.  We did blood tests and patch tests but did not find out anything spectacular.  We basically just got confirmation of what we already knew along with a few other minor findings.

He is highly allergic to birch pollen. This we knew.

His blood tests showed a reaction to peanuts but after further testing, he is not allergic to the peanut itself, but there is a protein in the peanut that mimics birch that he reacted to.  He can still eat peanuts.
He also reacted to pistachios enough that we have to do a food challenge before he eats one for the first time (because he has never had one).

All of his patch tests came out negative.
